The nominee must be a resident of Pico Rivera, or work in Pico Rivera. Existing clients of Zarios may nominate others, but, can not be nominated. Employees, current or former, and relatives of Zarios employees, current or former, should not be nominated. There is no purchase required to nominate or be nominated.
